Castlepalooza is a strictly an over 18s event, therefore Photo ID in the form of a Passport, Driving Licence or Garda ID Card will be required to enter the festival AND also if in doubt when purchasing alcohol. Under 18s will not be permitted entry into the bars even if they are accompanied by an adult.
Children will only be permitted entry if accompanied by an adult. This is a policy that will be rigorously enforced by security and the local Gardaí. Anyone under the age of 18 found attempting to enter or found anywhere on the festival site without their parent or guardian will be asked to leave and escorted off site.
Children under 12 will be permitted for free once they are accompanied by an adult or guardian. Any children over 12 will need a ticket and must gain entry with their parent or guardian.
